Cost Effective Support
We keep it cost effective by utilising a mix of telephone, on-site and remote access support. Provided the client has the required Broadband connection and a fixed IP Address. Kent PC's will install software to allow remote access to any servers on the clients’ network. We will also enable remote administration of any Internet routers. Any passwords set by Kent PC's engineers during the configuration of any network device will be disclosed to the client.
